Natural Birth Class- Small Group

3-4hr, small group, christian-based, Natural Birth class with key knowledge not covered in generic childbirth classes! As a Certified Holistic Doula, I have developed a class presentation that cuts through all the frou-frou and dives deep into the birth choices that really matter, and the physiology behind it! Go through the stages of Labor practicing the best coping techniques and positions changes that support baby's journey through the pelvis. Husbands will feel more confident about their role in birth and prepared to support the mother in labor. Each couple will receive a folder of handouts. Class provides hands-on learning models & activities. Discover the Rebozo, Birth Ball, & Peanut Ball, as well as take a look through what I keep in my Doula bag and why! As a gift I am giving each couple their very own Birth Ready Bag with things they can use in Labor! Refreshments Provided. There is only space for 4 couples, so reserve your spot today!
