These values guide our decisions in setting our annual doula profile fees:

• We do not want to compete with the certifying organizations’ annual dues. It is important to us that doulas take the time and resources necessary to become certified and to support their certifying and membership organizations with their annual dues.
• We want to keep DoulaMatch.net as accessible as possible, especially for Community- and Outreach-based doulas, while maintaining our future sustainability.
• We acknowledge health inequities exist as the result of past and current racism in our culture and perinatal health care practices. We honor the Black and Indigenous doulas who enter and stay in this work to buffer and counter those inequities.
