1-Day Intensive Childbirth Education Workshop

Please join us for a 1-day intensive Childbirth workshop! This fun day is PACKED full of information and done in a small group setting to allow participation and open questions. We will cover topics such as: Childbirth: Stages of labor, natural coping techniques, partner support, medicated birth & interventions, Preparing & Planning for Birth, Postpartum Recovery & Resources, Breastfeeding, Bottle feeding & Pumping, Newborn Care: swaddling, diapering, car seats & more. This workshop is taught by our certified Doulas! Dress comfy & come with questions! We will combine education with HANDS-ON elements including using life size dolls and the Empathy Belly! Spouses are encouraged to attend. This workshop is intended to prepare expecting parents with all the basic information needed to expand their family. We can't wait for you to join us!
