I immediately felt a connection to Ashley when I shared my previous experience of loss. Ashley listened to my anxieties without judgment and provided a supportive presence during my cesarean delivery. Ashley frequently checked how I was doing and made sure my needs and preferences were communicated to the hospital staff. During the postpartum period, Ashley reminded me that my feelings were valid and encouraged me to prioritize my own needs. Having Ashley there to hold my baby while I took a nap was invaluable in those first few weeks. I am so grateful to have Ashley with me through the birth of my son and postpartum.

Ashley Rose was my doula during my pregnancy after my son, Finley, was stillborn. I started working with her really early on in my pregnancy which helped me tremendously as I was very nervous considering my history with loss. She was always available for me to ask questions, to vent, and to keep me grounded. Having her present during the birth was also such a help to my husband and I as she knew what things to consider and what could help bring relief and a sense of calm. We also had her as a postpartum doula which helped us settle in with our sweet girl in those early weeks. My number one recommendation to anyone who is pregnant is to get a doula!!

Choosing Ashley (Doula Synergy) was one of the best decisions we made during our pregnancy. We received personalized physical and emotional support throughout the entire process. She checked in regularly, provided us resources, and helped us answer any questions we had. Ashley is professional, compassionate and kind. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! Our labor took some unexpected turns but she weathered them with us. The postpartum visits have been more helpful than we realized: from emotionally unpacking our labor and pregnancy to making sure we were taking care of ourselves and our new baby. 

 We added on the a la carte postpartum support and it was amazing. We both got to take a break, a nap and woke up to a tidy home and a happy baby. In our opinion: worth every penny. 

 Ashley went above and beyond and we are so grateful for the phenomenal work she does!
