I can't begin to describe how amazing and helpful Kristin was during my pregnancy and delivery of my second child! If you are unsure if you want a doula, I highly recommend it and can't recommend Kristin enough. With my first pregnancy I didn't have a doula and many things happened I didn't want or just didn't have the knowledge to question and ask for options.

When I found I was pregnant with my second, I did research and then was recommended to It's Your Birth Day service from a friend of mine. After meeting with Kristin I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She was a huge resource of information and helped make sure my pregnancy and delivery all went as I wanted! 

Being my second pregnancy I thought I was prepared and knew everything to expect but I found out every pregnancy can be completely didn't. I had so many things come up and questions that I had and Kristin was so helpful providing me with resources and information.

Working with Kristin as my doula for my 2nd pregnancy was the best decision I made. She supported me every step of the way to advocate for myself and create the best possible birth experience. Though I ended up with a repeat c-section due to a breech baby, it was still helpful for me to have Kristin present at the hospital when I gave birth. She gave me ideas and ways of speaking to the nurses and doctors that allowed for me to feel empowered in the experience. Thank you, Kristin!

Book Book book!! If you have any questions or need extra support with your pregnancy/delivery please reach out to Kristin. She is absolutely AMAZING at what she does and acts as YOUR liaison between ypu and hospital staff.

My experience with her took the pressure off me and my husband so we could focus more on ourselves during labor.
