We have worked with Karina for a number of years now and are so thankful for the support she has provided us during those most crucial early days & months.  She helped our baby get better naps & sleep schedules (which set us all up for success later). She also helped us with introducing bottles to a baby that didn't transition quite as easily from being breastfed - constantly keeping me updated on how he was doing, adjustments to bottles or nipples that may help. She is extremely knowledgable and can adapt to what each individual baby needs. 

She also helped support our baby develop between tummy time, reading, music and developing bonds with other babies. She cared for our infant & a close friends and it has been such a joy to watch them grow together and the interactions they have.  She is a great communicator, listens & collaborates with us. She adapts to what the baby needs and has a wealth of knowledge to support both baby & parents. Karina is a kind, calm & happy presence that has enriched both our children's lives as well as ours.

Karina is truly a lifesaver! She stepped into our home with such calm confidence when our son Knox was less than a week old, and it was as if she had always been part of our family. We hadn’t originally planned on hiring a postpartum doula, but after just one night of her support, we knew we couldn’t do without her.

From the start, Karina instinctively knew the right questions to ask and gently guided us through everything—from helping Knox sleep on his own to showing me effective breastfeeding and burping positions, as well as soothing baby belly massages. She took the time to understand our preferences around sleep routines, feeding, diapering, and more, always making us feel heard and supported.

One moment that really stood out was when she showed up with the exact bottle and nipple size Knox needed—without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that showed how deeply she cares.

Karina’s calm, nurturing presence and extensive experience with babies gave us total peace of mind. We knew our newborn was in the best hands, and thanks to her, we not only got much-needed nights of rest, but also felt more confident and empowered as new parents. Her support was truly a gift we’ll never forget.

In one word, I would describe Karina as phenomenal. The energy she brings to her work is truly remarkable. Each day, she shows up ready to provide the very best care for your baby (and all the TLC for mama, too!). She is trustworthy, loving, and calm—a great communicator and a thoughtful listener, too. Her profound knowledge and experience with babies shines through in everything she does. Karina is so at ease in her role and her confidence, warmth, and poise are incredibly comforting.

During her time as our doula, I learned so much from her. She became more than just a doula—she became a true friend and a joyful presence during one of the most meaningful times in our lives. I will always look back on our time with Karina with deep gratitude and feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side. Her patience, kindness, and reliability are truly exceptional. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their doula.
