My birth doula package includes two prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and birth, and one postpartum visit. From the moment you hire me, I am available to answer any questions via phone, text, or email. I am also a childbirth educator and have educational resources available to you to enhance your childbirth/ parenthood journey. Starting at 38 weeks, I will be on-call and ready to assist you until your baby arrives.
