Hiring Danielle as my birth and postpartum doula was truly the best decision I made as a first-time mom. Before working with her, I had a lot of anxiety about the birth process, but her presence made an immeasurable difference. Her calm demeanor, combined with her physical and emotional support, kept me grounded throughout the experience.
I also deeply appreciated her responsiveness, her ability to anticipate my needs, and the evidence-based research she provided which helped me feel confident in my birth choices. Postpartum, Danielle offered invaluable hands-on support in caring for our newborn and worked with us to develop a plan that ensured both my husband and I were able to get the rest we needed during those challenging early weeks.
She went above and beyond my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated doula.

Danielle has been an incredible doula for our family. Her expertise and soothing presence provided comfort and reassurance throughout every stage of this journey. I can’t imagine going through this process without her. She was truly a blessing during both the birthing experience and postpartum recovery. I highly recommend her!

Danielle was everything we could have asked for and more! As a first time mom I had a lot of questions and was naturally nervous about birth and what to expect when we got home with the baby. Danielle was calm and collected the entire time and always prepared for our meetings whether they were virtual or in person.
I found her especially helpful during labor and delivery. She kept me steady and focused but never felt like she was intruding on the experience with my partner and I. I was hesitant about getting a Doula and now I’m a firm believer in them. She’s worth every penny and more!

Danielle was incredibly supportive throughout my partner's preganancy, during labor, and post-partum. From the start, she helped us prepare a birthing plan we were comfortable with and shared helpful advice, literature, and answered any questions we had subsequently. Her patience, the care she put into every word she communicated to us, and overall friendliness were incredibly valuable.
Overall, Danielle was a much-welcome source of encouragement, advice, and support. She demonstrated very high levels of IQ & EQ in how she worked with us and we always felt like she was making sure we felt like we were in control of a situation we've never been in before! Her attentiveness, knowledge, and care for mama, baby, and non-birthing partner have been a blessing for new parents like us.
TLDR; Danielle was a godsend during our pregnancy, delivery and post-partum journey. She advocated for us during delivery and made the experience something we will cherish forever and never forget. I couldn't think of having anyone other than Danielle by our side throughout the entire journey and we would reach out in a heartbeat if we ever decide to have another child. We loved having her by our side!

Danielle provides exceptional care for both labor and postpartum. Aside from having a wealth of knowledge about all things related to those areas, she is the type of peaceful presence that you would want both in the delivery room and your home.
At the start of working together, she asked a lot of questions to figure out the things that mattered to us and even did extra research to understand the complicated portions of my wife’s medical history. She made us feel like we were her only priority.
She came to the hospital with a Polaroid camera to take before and after pictures of us both, a framed picture of our toddler whom we’d never spent a night away from, battery-powered candles, lavender essential oils, and a small speaker for calming music. It set the stage for a peaceful birth.
Our waters were always full and helped me time stepping outside to check on my toddler and get some fresh air with the doctor's check-ins. She also helped my wife use a peanut ball to progress labor, which made a big difference compared to her last birth.
Her postpartum care was wonderful. She came in peacefully and helped put together foods my wife could eat quickly but were still nourishing and checked in on how we were doing. She even helped us both to take a 15-minute rest time, which was so grounding in the middle of a big transition period for us both. Breastfeeding was quite painful in the early days, and Danielle was able to step in after a quick call and was able to reduce that pain significantly in just a short call, and completely within a day or two.
Danielle was such an incredible support to our entire family as we welcomed a new little one home. When you read what she offers, it sounds amazing, but when you experience what a difference it can make to the overall well-being of your family as they go through this type of transition, you realize how valuable of an investment this truly is.

Working with Danielle was an absolutely amazing experience from pregnancy to delivery to postpartum. I had some complicated medical issues around birth, and was trying for a VBAC (which was successful) and Danielle was extremely confident and even did extra learning to understand some of my particular challenges. Each time we chatted in preparation for labor and postpartum I always felt uplifted and encouraged. There were several times leading up to the birth where checking in with her lifted my otherwise un-liftable mood.
Danielle brought such a peaceful presence to my delivery room with several personal touches that made a huge impact on my comfort level. Her knowledge of putting me in positions using the peanut ball helped progress my labor played a huge part in my successful VBAC. She also worked well with my doctor and the medical staff, creating synergy rather than tension, and contributing to the overall peace she established from the start.
Once we arrived home from the hospital she made sure to check on us several times and came over right away when I was having terrible pain breastfeeding. When she came over I could immediately tell she was committed to helping me breastfeed without pain, and before she left, that is exactly what I was doing. She saved my sanity that night, and saved me from months of feeling like I’d failed in not being able to figure it out, or just push through the pain.
During some of her postpartum visits she made me snack plates of foods to support my recovery I could eat single handedly while taking care of my newborn and toddler. She also made us a few of our favorite recipes so we had one less thing on our plate.
Every single time our family had a victory, it felt like she was truly celebrating with us. Danielle has truly been a God send to our family and I cannot recommend her enough.
