We hired Lacy as our postpartum doula, and she worked with us on weekends from the very beginning, right after our daughter was born. I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through those early months without her.

Anyone who has been through the newborn stage knows how long and hard the nights can be. On the toughest ones, knowing it was a “Lacy day” coming up was what got me through. When she arrived, I could finally take a nap, shower, or just breathe, with complete peace of mind that my baby girl was safe and in great hands.

Lacy went above and beyond every single time. Without being asked, she’d do laundry, wash dishes, and sometimes even help with our toddler, which made a huge difference in a busy house with two little ones. She didn’t just care for our baby; she cared for our whole family.

One of my favorite things to see was how our daughter responded to her. Once she was old enough to smile, she would light up the moment Lacy took her from my arms. That says everything about the bond and the care Lacy gives.

Our daughter is now 7 months old, and Lacy still babysits for us. We trust her completely. If you’re looking for a postpartum doula who is kind, dependable, and truly invested in your family, I highly recommend Lacy.

Lacy was such a blessing at the wildest time of our lives! Lacy is caring and compassionate and made sure to check in on every member of our family (she even brought our dog a fancy treat!). She was instrumental in teaching me all the things I was anxious about, swaddling, making bottles and pumping to name a few. She allowed us the peace of mind to get some actual sleep, knowing that our little boy was being cared for by a loving and dedicated professional. Without Lacy I don’t know how we would have survived those first few weeks. If anyone is on the fence about a postpartum doula, I can say that it was one of the best decisions we made and Lacy was exactly what our family (pets included) needed!

Hiring Lacy was hands down the best decision we made after bringing our baby home. She handled all the feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, allowing me to get the much needed rest my body and mind needed. Beyond just giving us rest, she provided invaluable expertise on everything from breastfeeding troubleshooting to establishing healthy sleep routines. Her gentle, professional approach made us feel completely comfortable leaving our precious newborn in her capable hands.

This service is worth every penny and more. The combination of much needed sleep and expert guidance was transformative for our family. My labor was fairly traumatic and Lacy ensured that not only was our baby boy cared for, but checked in with me regularly. She is also an incredible listener. 

She didn't just care for our baby - she supported our recovery and gave us confidence as new parents. I cannot recommend postpartum overnight care highly enough. It's not a luxury, it's a necessity that every new family deserves.
