I am a RN and a DONA-trained doula, dedicated to supporting mothers throughout the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. My passion for doula work began after having an empowering vaginal breech birth. This transformative experience lead me to realize the importance of informed support during pregnancy, labour, and delivery. As a doula, I aim to guide expectant mothers in exploring all their birthing options and realizing their ideal birth experience through providing holistic, evidence-based support.
