Congratulations! My goal is to make your birth one to remember, a birth where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. I work with you through 2 prenatal appts to ensure that we have all of your preferences aligned. Providing evidence based information, pain management & comfort techniques to make sure you are well prepared! As soon as you hire me, I become available via text, call, or emails to answer any questions you have or to just listen. Your birth team is one part of your birth that you have total control of, and having me as part of your team will make a big difference! I go on call for you at 38 weeks until your sweet baby enters the world, I will be with you every step of the way. I offer one postpartum visit as well once you are home and settled, to go over feeding, your birth, or anymore questions you have. I will then still be available anytime after for whatever you may need. Let's have an empowered birth that you deserve!

Caiti was an invaluable part of my birth experience as a first time mom. From our meetings before on zoom and in person to the delivery room, her expertise and guidance were a source of comfort for my partner and I throughout this journey. Her presence was calming and empowering, which was the perfect combination to have throughout labor. Caiti's dedication and compassion is apparent. She even showed up to the hospital at 3am on Christmas morning for us! I felt her support for all 33hrs of my labor experience and truly could not imagine doing it without her.
As first time parents, there are so many things to be overwhelmed by but having her on our team made everything easier to navigate. Our experience with Caiti was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone! We have no doubt we will be using her for our next child.

I will start this testimonial by saying going into our first pregnancy I considered Doula's to be "woowoo" medicine and I was absolutely adamant I did not want anyone else in the delivery room except my wife and I. Going through the process with Caiti completely changed my mind. To the point where I couldn't imagine going through the process without Caiti as our Doula. Caiti's knowledge and the way she approaches her work was reassuring and provided both of us a sense of calm and confidence. She literally woke up at 2am Christmas morning to meet us at the hospital without a single complaint. If that doesn't show commitment I don't know what does. Every meeting with her we learned so much before our due date. Always available over text for us whenever we had a question up to delivery. During labor Caiti was there the entire time giving us reassurance and guidance which was absolutely amazing for us as first time parents. She was also an amazing advocate for my wife during delivery making sure our birth plan was followed and my wife was supported for any needs or concerns she had to the medical team. This review can't rate Caiti high enough she is the best. Not a doubt in my mind Caiti will be the Doula for all our future births!
