We feel so fortunate to have found Sayaka. She helped to to ease our transition home from the hospital after our son was born with her calm and supportive presence. Having her come to our home at night allowed us to get some much needed sleep, knowing that our baby was in very good hands. Sayaka attended to me, as the mother, making soup, helping troubleshoot clogged ducts and checking in on my postpartum healing. I would 100% recommend Sayaka and would definitely hire her again. She is a real gem and someone you want on your team as you adjust to life with a newborn.

We feel so fortunate to have had Sayaka as our night doula during the postpartum period. She was incredibly reliable, trustworthy, kind, and supportive, and having her there gave our family such peace of mind during those early weeks with a newborn.

Sayaka helped us during the postpartum period for about a month, twice a week at night, in 2025. She always arrived at our home on time and was very welcoming and friendly.

Thanks to her support, I was able to sleep through the night during the first month after our baby was born. When the baby was calm, she would offer to help with cooking. We would either request Japanese dishes that I was craving, or simply ask her to use whatever ingredients we had in the refrigerator and make something for us. Everything she made was always delicious!

She also taught us how to use our baby carrier, bathe our baby, swaddle our baby securely, and much more. I also really enjoyed chatting with her before going to bed.

I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is concerned about the postpartum period, or even to a mom preparing to have a second baby. She brings such positive energy and gives you the strength to get through one of the hardest periods of early parenthood!

Sayaka was fabulous with our son! She was always punctual and would go above and beyond what we asked. She always claimed our son was a great sleeper... but I think she is just really, really good at her job. I would highly recommend!

Sayaka was absolutely wonderful! She is so loving and kind—very important qualities for someone who works with kids! I had her watch my baby boy at night and felt comfortable with her from day one. I recommend her highly and am so glad I found her. A++++++ She is truly a gem of a person!
