Betsy was our postpartum doula after the birth of our second daughter, and she was absolutely incredible! To say she was an asset to our lives would be an understatement to the myriad of ways she supported, cared for, and held us during that tender season. She was phenomenal and I'd recommend her wholeheartedly to any and all parents.  Betsy was with our family overnight during the early months of our daughter's life, giving us what we most needed: peace, confidence, and rest. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and intentional in her doula practice. She brought over nutritious meals, brainstormed various baby-wearing techniques with us, connected me with resources for my c-section recovery, and tenderly cared for our newborn and me during our most vulnerable time. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs before we were even aware of them. All in all, she was a life-saver, a game-changer, and the single greatest thing that made my second postpartum experience so much more relaxing, peaceful, and restorative  - I only wish she had been around during my first postpartum journey! Betsy embodies the very best of compassionate, tender loving care.

Betsy was a fantastic doula that helped me with various tasks during my challenging transition out of the NICU and into my home-life as a Choice Mom. She was able to help coach with breastfeeding and tend to the baby's needs. Betsy provided guidance with the stages in the baby's development and the leaps he would soon take. She provided me with up-to-date relevant reading material and helpful resources. She was patient and gentle with my little 5.5 lbs baby. Her experience helped build my confidence and her reliability was an asset to us. She came through when we needed her the most!
