As I doula I prepare you for the birth process. ( ex. I can prepare u if your willing mentally, physically n spiritually) I’m not here to take your power or your partners power away from you . I consider myself the gate keeper . Protecting the energy in the room . 3 Prenatal visits, unlimited phone calls or texts , labor n birth support , aromatherapy , support with infant feeding/ breastfeeding , CPR/First Aid infant certified , Virtual Doula Support
