I offer in-home daytime postpartum support as well as practical support during your pregnancy. I'm also a Family Sleep Professional, specializing in attachment-friendly, evidence-based sleep support for babies and toddlers. My methods are holistic, tailored and responsive, and do not take the traditional "cry it out" approach. These services are available virtually or as a blend of in-person and virtual support.
