Hello Mamas! I am a fully-trained birth and postpartum doula. I have also just begun my training in the Body Ready Method, which is a prenatal and postpartum program designed to help mamas have a more efficient birth and a smoother recovery. I am a professional member of both ICAN Nashville and VBAC Facts and am a strong advocate for VBAC families. My background is in Early Childhood and Special Education. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in education, and I worked with children for many years. I am also a mother of four and had three unmedicated, hospital VBAC births. I have a passion for all things birth and recently decided that I wanted to spend the next chapter of my life as a birth worker. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you during your pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey!
