Birth Doula Services: Prenatal Support: 3 appointments Create a birth plan Prepare mentally for birth, review coping measures for labor Identify fears, talk, and provide education on those topics Childbirth Education Create a support plan for Postpartum Birth Support: I will arrive within 60-90 minutes once the client states they need my support I will be present throughout the labor and birth of the baby, up to two hours after the birth Postpartum support:1 appointment Check-in on Mom, answer any questions regarding newborn care or postpartum care. We will talk about labor and birth. *I will be available via text, call, or email throughout our time together. Combination of Birth & Postpartum Support: $2250 Moms will receive full Birth Doula support listed above along with 25 hours of postpartum support. These 25 hours can be spread out through the first few weeks of postpartum.
