Hi there! I have a master's degree in public health with a focus in reproductive and maternal health. I served on the board of the reproductive health student interest group, and volunteered with our mobile clinic project to expand healthcare access to unhoused folks. I'm also a perinatal yoga instructor, and certified integrative nutrition health coach, and I love incorporating this knowledge into my doula practice to support families in their overall wellbeing. While I have not yet supported families through birth, I have supported over 20 families prenatally and through the postpartum period through yoga and health coaching.
