My doula services include two to three prenatal visits to understand your unique needs and assist in preparing for your child's birth. During labor, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support, with immediate postpartum support for 1-2 hours after birth, including initial feeding assistance. Postpartum, I offer one visit within two weeks of delivery. From 38 weeks onward, I am on call 24/7 via telephone for any support you need. In case of an emergency, a pre-arranged backup doula will be available to attend your birth.

My Birth partner and I wanted support for us both during our first pregnancy, and Lyndsey delivered( pun intended). She offered a nonjudgmental listening ear, was present for us in the fourth trimester as well, and helped keep the experience calm.

Lyndsey really shone at the time of delivery. Getting me to re-position my body before I started to push so that the baby would be in a better position for Birth, and especially the use of the Rebozo during pushing, was really helpful during delivery. I am grateful for Lyndsey‘s interventions and approach. She was a great cheerleader.

I cannot say enough about Lyndsey. She was fantastic. I initially had a lot of anxiety and when I saw how young she was and that she has not (yet) had children of her own, I was a little concerned. However I know that a big part of my pregnancy and birthing process would be about pushing myself and I am so glad I did but that likely wouldn’t have been possible without Lyndsey. She was great at reading me, and often felt like an old friend (who knew a lot about child birth) Lyndsey helped me to push myself when discussing options and processing pregnancy and birth. I knew I would have to be open for the process to work, so I did my best to not sugar coat anything with her. She was always receptive and thoughtful with her responses. On the day I went into labor, Lyndsey was right on point and told me exactly how to proceed. She met us at the hospital and just as we discussed, all of my defenses were gone as I was literally stripped naked, Never once did I fell judged or seconded guessed despite the somewhat traumatic nature of my birth process. (Or at least I perceived it as such) Lyndsey was there through every moment or my painful screams. She was very literally the person I looked to in absolute fear and she provided comfort, reassurance, and strength when I needed it. Clearly I am glad to have taken the recommendation to use a birth doula and I am forever grateful.

I am so grateful that I worked with Lyndsey during the birth of my second child! After a not great epidural experience with my first, I was hoping to have an unmedicated birth with my second, but I knew I would need some additional support. Lyndsey listened to my needs and provided exactly what I was looking for. Whether it was helping me find different laboring positions or just having a conversation to distract me, she kept me calm and focused during my entire labor and delivery and I was able to have an incredible unmediated delivery experience!

Lyndsey was the calm in the storm that we needed. While my pregnancy was mostly uneventful, the fact that it was twins made me a high-risk pregnancy (also one twin was likely a result of IVF while the other was spontaneously conceived). I was so grateful to have Lyndsey as part of our team from being able to ask her questions during pregnancy to looking around the room for her during birth and hearing her calmly remind me breathe through the challenging moments. She was crucial in supporting our dual vaginal birth and her visit a few weeks post partum was a wonderful reminder of how vital she was. I'd highly recommend Lyndsey to anyone looking for a doula!

Lyndsey was recommended to us and as first time parents we were excited to speak with a doula. From the beginning Lyndsey was welcoming, kind and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and was supportive with my wants and concerns about labor. When it came time to give birth it was sooner than expected but Lyndsey was there and really helped me through every decision I had to make. She showed my partner how to best support me during contractions and labor. Lyndsey encouraged me throughout my labor process and I will always be grateful to her for that! We will definitely be calling Lyndsey when we get pregnant again. Highly highly recommend Lyndsey as your doula!

Lyndsey was the best thing for my and my husband's peace of mind. We were terrified to give birth and Lyndsey made the process so comfortable. She listen to my fears, she provided resources for my questions and concerns, and she advocated when I needed her to. We both feel so blessed to have had Lyndsey at the birth of our first child.
