Sharlene was a huge help to our family in the weeks after our 2nd child was born. She was very thoughtful and gentle in her approach with the baby, and was proactive in tending to things around the house that needed attention, like bottle cleaning or engaging in play with our toddler. Sharlene was very mindful of cleanliness, and knew how to use all of our gadgets (like bottle warmers and sanitizers) without instruction. I would recommend Sharlene to anyone needing extra support during the newborn era.

As part of her formation, she helped me a couple of days. The first thing that caught my attention was that she is very polite when talking to everyone, knocking on doors (very necessary with baby), and little things that make you feel taken care. And she starts quite on time.
She is very patient, calm, optimistic, jovial, friendly, and willing to learn family ways. Her joy helped my oldest feeling comfortable to open, talk to her, and play.
During postpartum, things can get rough, and we must be transparent. She was very open and listened. We both learned from each other. We chat long deep, and not so deep subjects. She helped me lots with guided meditation that helped me relaxed.
If you want something to eat, she can follow recipes. She also adds good flavour when cooking.
I cannot emphasize how compassionate she is. Her patience mixed with happiness was of great help during this sensitive time. We will keep working with her as a guide to my kiddo.

Sharlene started working with our baby from the moment he was born. She saved me when I started having postpartum depression and thanks to her I quickly recovered after giving birth. The baby did not sleep well after birth, but always fell asleep sweetly in her arms. I heard Sharlene sing lullabies to him, it was so touching. When the baby fell asleep, Sharlene took care of me (brought a breast pump, washed and sterilized bottles and breast pump parts, hugged, talked to me and supported me psychologically with great warmth in her heart). I will never be able to forget Sharlene, she is an angel I met on my way. If I ever decide to give birth to a second baby, it is Sharlene I will write to right away??. I love this person so warmly.?????? I don't have enough words to tell you how wonderful she is. I'll just say that whoever decides to trust her with their baby will be very very lucky.
