Kalista is a wonderful doula! She provided exceptional care both before and post birth for the birth of my son in December 2023. Kalista was quick to respond to any questions I had and she was thorough in the prebirth coaching and support she provided. My husband and I met her at the hospital where she provided calm support to me while I labored.  As a first time mom, my birth experience was much more positive because of Kalista’s presence. Having Kalista's doula support helped make the labor experience much more empowering. I felt supported and at ease having her present. I would recommend Kalista to anyone looking for additional support in their pregnancy, birth, and post birth journey. Having a doula with the love for others that Kalista has is a wonderful investment. Kalista is compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband and I would both highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking doula care.
