Kaley was my doula for my second baby and she went above and beyond. She took the time to go over what to expect helped my husband and me regain our confidence as second time parents who were feeling a little rusty. Kaley was always quick to answer any questions I had no matter when I asked or how many questions I had. She was extremely reassuring and helped me change my mindset when I started to feel frustrated or anxious. I didn't have the best first labor with my three year old daughter which led me to having a few fears creep up during my third trimester and Kaley was always very encouraging and full of useful information that helped me feel more in control this time around. I was induced unexpectedly on my due date because of high blood pressure and Kaley wasted no time getting to the hospital. She made sure the delivery room was comfortable and cozy and was there for me every step of the way. She worked very well with my husband and the three of us made a great team. The nurses were impressed with Kaley’s knowledge and said they enjoyed working with her! Kaley brought us coffee and came to support me with breastfeeding once we were settled in the recovery room with our new little girl. I highly recommend hiring Kaley as your doula! I will definitely use her again if we decide to have another baby in the future.
