Stephanie helped care for our newborn  a couple nights a week after my mom left. It was so nice to get a proper night sleep a couple nights in a row. I felt more human and better able to take care of my baby during the day.

Stephanie worked with our family for several months, and we can’t recommend her enough. She is calm, patient, knowledgeable, and consistent - not to mention kind and easy to communicate with! Her experience with babies is apparent, and she is clearly dedicated to being present with her tiny little clientele when she is on duty. We were so grateful for her, and hope we get the chance to work with her again!

I can’t imagine my birth and postpartum journey without Stephanie by my side!! From the very first meeting, she made me feel heard, supported, and empowered. During labour, her calm presence, gentle encouragement, and hands-on support helped me stay grounded, feel strong and trust my body. She knew exactly when to step in and how to support my husband and I during the whole process!

After birth, she continued to show up with so much compassion, helping me rest, debrief, and adjust to life with a newborn. Her knowledge, care, compassion, and kindness made such a difference for our little family. I’m forever grateful!

I’m beyond grateful for the incredible support I received from Stephanie during my pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey. Her calming presence, experience and encouragement made such a difference every step of the way-- the TENS machine was a life saver as well !  She helped me feel confident, informed and empowered through the most intense and beautiful experience of my life. So thankful for Stephanie and the support  she provided us with birth/postpartum. I felt supported and encouraged every step of the way, and it was honestly incredible to have some extra help when we needed it. Stephanie is very passionate about what she does, and it really shows through the quality of the services she provides. We hired Stephanie as our birth doula and we are so glad she was part of our birth team. This was our first baby and wanted to make sure we were well prepared. Stephanie answered all our questions in our prenatal visits and gave us information we needed to make well informed choices for the birth. Stephanie showed us different tools for the labour, birth, and postpartum. Stephanie helped us feel prepared and confident with the process, especially my husband. Stephanie's kind, caring, and uplifting personality also put us as ease.

When the day finally came, Stephanie was with us every step of the way. Stephanie's TEN's machine was a life saver and it helped me get through the labour. Stephanie gave helpful guidance with difference positions to try as well. My labour went relatively, and unexpectedly, fast, Stephanie was able to help keep us focused and calm as we waited for the midwives to arrive at our house. Once baby arrived and checks were done, Stephanie was the last to leave our home. Stephanie made sure we were all set for the evening, everything was cleaned up and that we felt confident to be on our own. Stephanie also visited us postpartum and brought some delicious lactation cookies!

We highly recommend Stephanie! I wasn't sure if hiring a birth doula was worth it, but now that I had Stephanie at our birth, I cannot recommend her enough. We are very thankful we found Stephanie, she was a big reason why my birth experience was so positive. Thank you Stephanie!

We are incredibly grateful for Stephanie, our postpartum doula, who has been an absolute blessing in our lives. From the moment she stepped into our home, her positive energy was infectious, and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her presence. Stephanie's warmth and kindness have made her a beloved member of our family, including our family dog, who adores her just as much as we do.

Our twins light up with smiles whenever they see Stephanie, a testament to the genuine bond she has formed with them. Her attentive and caring nature has not only brought joy to our babies but has also provided us with much-needed peace of mind. Thanks to Stephanie, I have been able to get the rest and sleep I desperately needed, allowing me to be a better mother.

Stephanie is a fantastic doula that did night support for our twin girls for a couple of months while they had colic. She was an absolute life saver that went above and beyond to help us get some rest! On many occasions would end up rocking one of the twins for hours so that the other twin (and us!) could get some extra much needed rest. I can't say enough about how fantastic she is, as on a nightly basis would adapt to our ever changing needs. Highly highly recommend!

I absolutley loved having Stephanie as my postpartum Doula! She was so kind and helpful, always asking how she could best support us and what our needs were. If we had any questions she didn't know the answer to, she would always do research and quickly get back to us with very details answers. She was so great with our little boy, always making sure he was comforted and happy. If you are looking for a Doula to support you, I would highly reccommend Stephanie!
