I have dedicated time to various volunteer activities. My advocacy work focuses on supporting and promoting the rights of mothers and their families, particularly in areas such as Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) and breastfeeding. I place special emphasis on education and supporting Spanish-speaking families, aiming to contribute to creating a more informed and empowered environment for women on their journey to motherhood. My services provide comprehensive support during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Imagine having a professional by your side who offers information, helps you prepare for labor, and stays with you through each contraction, providing relaxation techniques and constant encouragement. After birth, I continue to support you with breastfeeding and newborn care, ensuring a smooth and empowered transition into motherhood. My services are designed to promote your well-being and that of your baby, making your birth experience positive and empowering.

Fee Details

The birth support service can include, depending on the chosen package, coaching sessions with hypothetical scenarios to prepare you for different situations; prenatal consultations to discuss nutrition and birth preparation; and classes on pain management, labor, and breastfeeding. These sessions are tailored to your needs and preferences, with a personalized plan created after confirming the service. The service includes support during the labor process, up to 2 hours after your baby is born, and postpartum visits to assist you in the transition to motherhood and infant feeding, among other things. All services include flexible payment plans, with the option to schedule an initial 30-minute consultation to explain my services, scope, limitations, and to answer all your questions and concerns.
