Tashana is a birth and postpartum doula who believes that every birth should be supported and celebrated throughout pregnancy, labor and beyond. During birth, her role is to empower you while, simultaneously, lifting your loved ones up as a powerful pillar of your birth story. She will provide you and your birth partners with a toolkit of comfort measures and coping strategies to lean on. Tashana is continually expanding her repertoire to offer expertise in areas such as massage, counter pressure, labor positions, words of affirmation, breathwork and birth ceremony. She takes a holistic approach to birth work by helping you create a birth space that feels safe, loving and comfortable no matter where or how you choose to labor.
