- Volunteer at DSA - the program is currently stopped because shortage of funds - One month of full time volunteer work at Sarah Fox Children's Convalescent Hospital at Athlone, Cape Town, South Africa in 2012, looking after kids from 0-2 years old recovering from serious illness or broken homes. Best and most rewarding experience of my life.

My mission as a doula is to empower and encourage my clients so that they feel confident navigating through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Through evidence-based education and trauma-informed care and support, I hope to provide you with the tools you need to make informed decisions and own your birth experience, feeling respected and heard. I have a few options for my services (1 to 3 prenatal visits + birth + 1 postpartum visit, pregnancy online consultation, postpartum/breatfeeding consultation...), but we can always accommodate what works best for you.
