Included with the fee is the full birth package: - 2 prenatal appointments where we discover how I may best serve you through this very exciting time. Within my scope of practice, services are tailored to your individual needs. - unlimited texts/calls during entire pregnancy. - on call 24/7 during your due period. - in-person support 2 hours postpartum. - 1 postpartum visit where we go over your birth and provide referrals as needed. Before birth I offer: - evidence on ways to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for your birth experience. - emotional support / help in working through concerns. - assistance in creating a birth plan that will increase your confidence. During labor I offer: - physical and emotional support- this includes indulging your fives senses in order to create an environment that fosters your inner knowing. *My fees are flexible and can be discussed on a case by case basis.
