As a new birth doula, I am passionate about women's health, empowerment, and advocacy, dedicated to supporting birthing persons and their partners before, during, and after childbirth. I serve serving South Calgary and the surrounding communities of Okotoks, High River, Priddis and Bragg Creek. A no obligations, free consultation to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit is where we should start. If we move ahead with a contract, my fees include 2-3 initial meetings (get to know your doula, expectations, birth preferences, postpartum planning), on call 2 weeks ahead of your expected delivery date, support via text and call leading up to the birth, labour and birth support, 3-4 hrs after birth support chestfeeding/bodyfeeding support, visit within 24-48 hrs, home visit 2x within the first 6 wks, and birth photography.
