Hi! I’m Sophie, a certified birth and postpartum doula with a background as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and over eight years of hands-on experience as an infant and toddler nanny. I’m passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience with calm, compassionate, holistic care. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices as well as a deep respect for each family’s unique needs and values. Whether you're navigating your first birth or welcoming another little one, I’m here to walk alongside you with encouragement, knowledge, and wholehearted support. My birth support package includes three prenatal visits, unlimited texting and calling throughout your pregnancy, and two postpartum check-in visits. I provide overnight and daytime postpartum care. Between visits, postpartum clients can also contact me with any questions or concerns.
