Kristie was incredible. Even though we live outside of her service range, we were birthing at a hospital she serves. We were able to meet and greet her over zoom and have several meetings via zoom to prepare. She even met us halfway so that we could meet her in person before our birth.

She was always available via text and phone and gave us great resources to help us have a completely natural child birth in a hospital. Although I had a hospital bag packed full of items I thought would help me have a natural childbirth, I didn’t use a single one. I used Kristie’s massage ball, her encouraging words and expert coaching to get through the contractions.

She was instrumental in navigating where I was in labor and speaking with hospital staff to get me what I needed when I needed it. It was a huge weight off my husband and we could not have done it without her.

I am SO grateful to have had Kristie as my doula for the birth of mine and my husband's second baby. I was able to have a successful vbac experience and I owe a large part of that success to Kristie. There were a handful of specific times that because of Kristie's knowledge and dedication to my birth plan hopes that I was able to have a vbac. When my baby presented transverse at 40 weeks, she spent an afternoon/evening helping me to perform various movements to encourage baby to turn head down on her own. When I went into my appointment the next day for a version baby was presenting head down! I also had a failed induction, but Kristie supported and encouraged my husband and I throughout that experience. I had a second induction and during that time when my doctor said I was not progressing fast enough and would need to consider a c-section, Kristie helped me to once again perform multiple movements that resulted in progression and I was no longer in need of a c-section. Throughout 30+ hours of labor and delivery Kristie was nothing but supportive, kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. My husband and I could not have been more grateful for Kristie!! We highly recommend her to anyone considering having a doula! When we talk about the birth of our daughter my husband and I are always commenting how we could not have done it without Kristie!

Kristie was not my chosen doula, but I was so thankful that she ended up being my back-up when the time came.

Aside from excelling at the standard tasks of coaching and comforting during the labor and delivery; I greatly appreciated her prior experience and knowledge as she used to be a NICU nurse. She easily calmed any nerves we had about what was "normal".

Overall she was a wonderful addition to the best day of our lives.

We LOVED having Kristie as our doula! This is our second baby & I knew from our first birth that we were going to want a doula for our second. After talking with Kristie & seeing how much we aligned on views/beliefs for birth, my husband & I both agreed to have her. Best decision ever! Kristie was there every step of the way: she helped me work through my first birth trauma, answered every text/call with concerns that I had, came at the perfect time to help me labor at home, & also knew exactly when to head to the hospital. In the hospital she was a vital asset to keeping my husband & myself calm with each contraction by reminding us both that this is normal & this is good. Throughout the entire labor/birth I never fears or worried like I did with my first birth. Our second birth was perfect & a huge portion of that was because we had Kristie by our side! My husband who is a laid back man who doesn't speak his opinion much even said "we can have Kristie with us at every birth from now on. That was amazing." Women like Kristie make the perfect doula in the birthing room, & we are so thankful to God that she is in our lives!

We were so blessed to have Kristie as our doula! She was so helpful with all of my pregnancy and labor questions and she helped educate my husband and I about the birth process and newborn care. During my labor and delivery she never left my side and was so encouraging and calming. Kristie helped me breath through my contractions and was a huge advocate for me at the hospital. After my baby was born she was a huge help when it came to learning how to breastfeed. We really couldn't have done it without her!
