From the very first visit, we felt an instant sense of comfort and connection with Sarah. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also felt like a friend we’d known for years. Throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey, she was there for me and my husband every step of the way — offering not just physical and birth support, but genuine emotional care whenever we needed it. She was also extremely thoughtful and made sure everyone was taken care of - she bought a camera for our baby’s first pictures, magnesium cream and tea lights for me to get a sound sleep and Starbucks giftcards for my husband’s caffeine fix.
During postpartum, she guided us through our baby’s very first sponge bath and full bath with such patience and confidence, and her lactation advice was a total game-changer. Thanks to her gentle guidance, both my pumping and nursing journey became smoother and stress-free. Having her by our side truly made our transition into parenthood so much easier.

I worked with Sarah through the Foothills doula program where they find you a doula when you are in labor. This means I never got to meet Sarah beforehand but we ended up being a great match! This was my first baby and I had a very long and unexpected birth, which started as a home birth, transferred to a hospital and resulted in a c section. Through it all Sarah was very hands on when I needed her to be -which was a lot with the back labor I was having. She even came into my c section along with my husband. This meant I was never alone as my husband would go with the baby. She was wise beyond her years and definitely tailored her guidance to my personality and beliefs. I found her to be a calming presence. So grateful to have had Sarah!

Sarah was a fantastic doula to work with. We utilized her services for nighttime and I don't think my husband and I would have survived the first 6 weeks without her. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Sarah communicated well and supported us and our decisions with our child. Sarah was also there for me during a difficult postpartum time and provided great emotional support, suggestions, and ideas. You won't regret working with her!

Sarah was everything I needed and more as a Doula! After a traumatic first birth that ended in an emergency C-Section, I knew I wanted to pursue a VBac with my second. Sarah was very calm and knowledgeable and never let me doubt myself or my bodies ability to have a vaginal birth. She got to the hospital only moments after I did and stayed the entire day until my baby was born. She worked closely with the nurse and midwife to make sure we were moving labor along in a safe way and made sure I was comfortable with everything happening the whole time. She also showed my husband how best to help me so he could stay involved. I'll never forget everything she did for us!

Sarah is a phenomenal Doula. I met her at a birth assistant training and we instantly hit if off as friends and doula partners! In the last year, I have worked with Sarah almost daily and I have observed her care for the families with all she has. She is educated, kind, peace-full, caring and she will always go the extra mile to serve a family. She is a part of my doula collective and I am so honored to do this sacred work alongside of her. Sarah is well versed in all things pregnancy and birth-prep. She has her own Childbirth Education Class and does phenomenal work preparing families for their births. In Births, she is attentative, wise and workes well with the staff and careproviders. She helps to ask questions, provides information for decision making and is very supportive every step of the way. She knows spinning babies and how to position a mom to get the baby to come through easier. She has experience working with the hospital births and outside of the hospital too. She is passionate about birth photography and loves to help families capture special memories. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah, she is a doula you can trust! Highly reccomend!

Sarah is an absolute gem of a human. My husband and I were kinda late to getting a doula but she wasted no time sending us all the facts and stats (we love data!) to make educated and informed decisions. During labor and delivery, she collaborated with our nurses by suggesting different positions and alternate courses of action. She has a very calming presence in general but especially in the chaos that is delivery. She also somehow managed to photograph some very special moments during this whirlwind! She stayed to make sure we were all ok after I had postpartum hemorrhaging and regularly checked in on us afterward. I fully intend to have her come back for postpartum doula help too :) Sarah is truly wonderful and will definitely improve your birth experience!!

Having Sarah be a part of my team for my first home birth made it such an amazing experience. She was so kind and intuitive, it was almost as if she knew what I was going to need before I did. Having her there to help me through labor allowed my husband to be there next to me the whole time giving us such special moments we didn't have with our other births. During our golden hour that my husband and I spent with our baby, without us even asking she started a load of laundry and brought my husband an ice pack for his ankle he had sprained one day prior. She even offered to get our film developed when she came to check on us a couple days later. I can't imagine my birth experience without her.
