My in-person, labor support includes: - coaching on labor positions to help with the progression of labor - coaching on breathing and pain management, as well as a TENS machine rental and labor comb at no additional cost - trauma-informed care and emotional support - assistance with preparing a birth plan - 24/7 phone support from the moment I'm hired, to 8 weeks postpartum - My birth package is $1350, not including tax - Payment plans available* - Insurance/benefits accepted: Cleo, Carrot Fertility, Stork Club, Quilted Health, Be Her Village - Discounts offered for Students, Teachers, Military/Veterans, Fellow Doulas** *Must book a minimum of 3 months prior to estimated due date) **Must provide verification
