My in-person, labor support includes: - childbirth education - coaching on labor positions to help with the progression of labor - coaching on breathing and pain management, as well as a TENS machine rental and labor comb at no additional cost - trauma-informed care and emotional support - assistance with preparing a birth plan - 24/7 phone support from the moment I'm hired, to 8 weeks postpartum - postpartum planning and support - Payment plans available* - Discounts offered for Students, Teachers, Military/Veterans, Fellow Doulas** *Must book a minimum of 3 months prior to estimated due date in order to use payment plan **Must provide verification
