Hi, my name is Summer! I am here to provide informational, emotional, and physical support to all birthing people. With my background in health education and biotech program management, I want to help you understand your options and plan for your upcoming birth while bringing joy to your birthing journey. I want you to feel empowered to choose the type of birth you want while also knowing if things do not go according to your wishes, what your other options are. I want to imbue creativity and fun through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum because this may be one of the most creative processes since you are literally creating life and that is beautiful. To me, being a doula is showing and guiding my clients that you can prioritize yourself – your comfort, your safety – through birth, one of the most vulnerable and transformative moments in one’s life, and for the rest of your life. I can’t wait to hear about your pregnancy and your wishes for your birth!

Fee Details

Basic Birth Package Includes: up to 3 prenatal appointments, customized birth plan, on-call for labor starting at 36 weeks, labor support as early as you'd like me to come, 1-2 hours post-delivery support, unlimited telephone/text/email support, and 1 in person postpartum. Overnight & Daytime Postpartum Packages Includes: baby care, light cleaning, lactation and feeding support, physical recovery, mental health support, assistance with postpartum recovery, partner support, sibling care, and referral to local resources.
