Choosing a doula felt so nerve-wracking as first-time parents, especially not knowing exactly what to expect. We interviewed Justine over FaceTime—and from that very first conversation, I knew I had made the right choice.

Justine is incredibly informative and knowledgeable, which gave us so much confidence going into such a new and vulnerable season. But what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares—not just for our baby, but for me as a mother entering postpartum. She never forgets to check in on how I’m doing, offering thoughtful feedback and guidance on everything from sleepiness, pumping and breastfeeding, to navigating the emotional side of motherhood. She gently reminds me to give myself grace and to truly enjoy this fleeting moment.

She went above and beyond by coordinating newborn care specialists when we needed extra support, and she consistently checked in outside of work hours with helpful messages, ideas, and reassurance. Her adaptability was also amazing—she seamlessly adjusted as our needs changed, from supporting us in our room while I was establishing breastfeeding, to transitioning downstairs once I was able to pump and prepare bottles.

Overall, I am so grateful to have had Justine as part of this journey. She supported our family through one of the most challenging yet fulfilling times of our lives. Even now, she continues to check in on both me and my baby, which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and deeply knowledgeable doula

Justine was so amazing to work with and I highly recommend her! She helped us a few nights a week for the first six weeks with our second son, and was so kind and caring with him (and with me!) that I was immediately comfortable. She was great at following his cues, helping us figure out a good routine and communicating what worked well for him at night. She helped make our second postpartum experience much better than the first!

My family loved getting support from Justine! Our regular postpartum doula broke her arm shortly after my delivery and Justine stepped in on short notice to provide temporary support on the first night our second twin came home from the NICU. It was an exhausting and stressful time and adding a new face to the mix could easily have added extra anxiety. Thankfully, Justine immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that our little ones were in good hands and my husband and I actually got solid sleep that night— amazing! Since it was our first night with two littles at home, we had no system in place or really any idea how to practically manage two babies at night. But Justine came in with great, creative ideas for feeding both kiddos at once, etc. We're still using some of her tricks to this day! 

Even though we just worked with Justine for one night, she has kept in touch by checking in on our family and even bringing us some home cooked meals (we happen to live very close to her... I cannot promise this perk to other potential clients ??). I would definitely recommend Justine's services to any family looking for a calm and caring presence to provide support at night.

Justine is AMAZING. She was our night nanny when my baby was one month old and honestly, I learnt SO much about babies from her. I was a clueless first time mom - she was sooo kind and soo patient with me and thanks to her I was able to sleep peacefully knowing that she was taking care of my baby. She is super hands on, clean, gentle and took care of my baby tenderly. What I really loved about Justine is that she's a mom herself and she truly has all the right instincts when it comes to babies and it provided me with so much comfort and confidence. Our dog Rumi also loved her. I highly recommend Justine - I'm sooo thankful to her for helping me during the most challenging time of my life. If I have another baby eventually, I will definitely be working with her again.

We had a truly wonderful experience working with Justine. I can't recommend her enough! She was incredibly calm, and gentle with our little one. She provided a great source of guidance and helpful recommendations for us. She helped me navigate the pumping schedule and night time feeds. For overnights having Justine do all the feeding, burping, changing and settling the baby back to sleep after feeding meant that I could really maximize my own sleep in those intense moments. Justine was also just generally a source of comfort and support in helping us feel more confident. I would happily recommend Justine!
