Daina was instrumental in providing information to prepare us for our second upcoming birth. She even helped us map that map out alternative roots of meeting our child if things didn't work out the way we planned. She's very flexible with schedule for the meetings and was inclusive my spouse and the conversations. She was able to empathize and be relatable throughout each encounter. Overall, I felt more prepared going into becoming a mother of two verses, the first pregnancy. It was nice to be able to connect with her without it feeling transactional.
