Erica was fantastic in supporting my pregnancy and delivery. She was so helpful in providing tips to help prepare for delivery and had advice to help relieve some of my pregnancy concerns. When I started early labor, she helped walk me through some positions to help manage my pain. At the hospital, she was so supportive and kind. As labor progressed and we had to change our delivery plan on the fly, she helped us work through everything with empathy, kindness, and love.
I'd strongly recommend Erica as a doula and I'm so lucky to have found her!

We had a beautiful experience with Erica as our doula, and we can't recommend her enough! From the moment we connected, she brought a sense of calm and unwavering support that made us feel confident and empowered throughout our entire journey – from pregnancy to postpartum.
During labor, Erica's created a nurturing and peaceful atmosphere, helping us navigate the process with ease and a feeling of safety. Her knowledge and understanding of labor comfort measures and techniques, from hands-on support and relaxation techniques to suggesting various labor positions, which significantly helped manage pain and keep things progressing smoothly. We appreciated that she guided my husband to support me during this process as well. She always seemed to know exactly what I needed as her suggestions were aligned with my thought process and caring for myself by reminding me to drink water!
Erica was a present advocate for us. She worked seamlessly alongside the nurses, explaining our preferences from the birth plan and ensuring our wishes were heard and respected. This collaboration made a huge difference, allowing us to focus on the birthing process itself with the reassurance that we had a strong support team in place. Her endless check- ins after doctor recommendations gave me time to process before making decisions.
After delivery, I was being monitored for complications and Erica continued to be a wonderful presence of support and guidance. She checked in on us and our baby girl even holding her when we were not able to.
Our birthing experience was truly a positive and unforgettable one, and we know that a huge part of that is due to Erica's expertise, compassion, and dedication. She is truly exceptional, and any expecting parents would be lucky to have her by their side.

My husband and I had absolutely the best time working with Erica for our birthing experience. She is incredibly knowledgable about everything and took the time to answer all our questions both before, during, AND after this experience. She gave us the chance to choose everything we thought would work for us, offered suggestions and options for when we didn't know what to do, and supported us as we changed our mind and changed it again. Our baby came a touch earlier than expected, and she was available for us right when we needed her and so supportive through the entire experience. She was very hands on (since I wanted that, but she is flexible with everything!) and really knows what she is doing with counter pressure, labor techniques etc. With her support, I was able to play music and sing during pushing, and trust me she was direct and told me what I needed to hear as the baby was crowning. I canNOT stress enough how immediately my husband and I were able to click with her warm and caring personality and supportive nature. She is so grounding and really was one of the best parts of our birth! I will say, part of what we wanted her to be was also supportive to my husband so he could better support me, and she was able to grant us the support as a unit and read what was needed for each of us and when. It's hard to find exactly the right words to write about her, since nothing feels quite enough, but if I was talking to someone in conversation I would say she is a warm hug of a person and a powerhouse when you need it. Erica is a wealth of knowledge and has so much experience as well as passion and excitment for the birthing process. Would 1000% reccommend!

Erica was a phenomenal doula. The labor and delivery experience is incredibly stressful physically and mentally, and Erica played an important role in calming our nerves, making us feel heard, and helping us process the experience. Despite hiring a doula just a month out from our due date and our baby coming earlier than expected, Erica was flexible with her schedule and was there for us when we needed her for a pre-birth meeting, our time at the hospital, and a post-birth in-home visit. During labor, neither of us knew exactly what to do, so she provided the right mix of motivation and conversation to distract me from the pain, gave direction to my birthing partner to help me relax, and overall helped the process feel less chaotic. I appreciated that she brought things like tea lights to make the hospital environment feel more cozy. After my c-section, she stayed with me even when I was separated from my family for additional testing - having that extra support meant so much to me. We are so happy that Erica was a part of our birth story.
