Sophia was an amazing partner for our birth and postpartum journey. The whole experience felt both very personal and professional; we started with a kickoff meeting where she asked us our birth plan preferences, and she guided us since we were first time parents with a lot of questions. During the day of our daughter's birth, she brought a sense of calm and stability throughout the entire labor process. After the birth, she was immensely helpful in giving us tips and advice as first time parents, and she was amazing with our newborn. We had no hesitation fully trusting Sophia as it felt that she always had our (including our baby's) best interests in mind. We highly recommend Sophia if you are looking for an experienced doula who is both professional and deeply caring, and we will definitely ask her to come back if we have another kid!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sophia during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! She exudes warmth, knowledge, and genuine care, which made us feel completely supported and at ease during our first experiences of parenthood.

During our pregnancy, Sophia provided invaluable information and resources that helped us prepare both mentally and physically for childbirth. When labor began, Sophia was by our side immediately. She offered continuous encouragement and practical support, using techniques that made my labor more manageable. She even gave me the best foot massages that helped progress my labor! Sophia brushed my hair, attended to my needs, and readily anticipated what I needed before I asked for help. Her ability to communicate effectively with our medical team ensured that my birth preferences were respected and my wishes were prioritized. She was our best advocate, and we are so fortunate to have had her by our side.

We continued to have Sophia’s amazing support as our postpartum doula. She helped me navigate adjusting to life with a newborn by alleviating some of the physical demands that come with postpartum recovery. Sophia connected with our newborn so easily that it was a big relief for us to be able to run errands, take power naps, or even do chores around the house. She even helped us by cooking and meal-prepping fresh, nourishing meals. Her visits were always a highlight of our week!

Overall, having Sophia as our doula was one of the best decisions we made for our birthing journey. She is truly exceptional at what she does, combining expertise with heartfelt care.
