I believe that every birthing body can experience the process of birth, heal fully, and experience greater vitality in the postpartum time. I offer physical, emotional and spiritual support and accompaniment before, during and after birth. Birthwork: I work with you to create an experience that affirms who you are, and where you and your child are going in this life. During antenatal visits we’ll discuss your hopes and dreams, the support you'll have during the birth, strategies for increased ease and confidence during labor, and any questions you have. During the postpartum time, if you are well, your baby will be well. I give you resources, support, and nourishment so you can slow down and deepen as the parent of a new child. I am currently attending births on a volunteer basis. I provide postpartum care (physical and mental wellness check-ins, light housekeeping, meal prep, etc.) at $45/hr for minimum three-hour periods.
