My basic doula package includes a free consult before booking, two prenatal visits in your home, options to schedule zoom visits outside of prenatal meetings to discuss issues/questions that arise, evidence-based emotional and educational support throughout pregnancy, on-call labor and birth support, and a birth processing visit after birth. I offer additional packages that allow my clients to save on childbirth education and/or postpartum doula hours.
