Fee Details

I am a Medicaid provider, so Medicaid clients only need to pay the $200 booking fee. Cash clients pay the $200 booking fee and then the birth doula cost is $800 due by 36 weeks. Postpartum fees are on a case by case basis largely dependent on length of time needed. Awake hours are $50 per hour.
