Fee Details

I am a Medicaid provider, so Medicaid clients only need to pay the $300 booking fee. Cash clients pay the $300 booking fee at time of booking and then the total cost is $1100 due by 36 weeks. Postpartum fees are on a case by case basis largely dependent on length of time needed. Awake hours are $50 per hour.
