Krystal made this experience as a 1st time mom amazing, informative, and memorable! She was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I’m so glad I was able to get in touch with her! She guided my husband and I through this journey and being present the day of our birth for our baby girl was just amazing!! She made my entire birth experience at the hospital fun with having family members present, Providing music and lights! It was definitely a celebration, bringing our baby girl into the world!!! 1000% If I have another baby, Krystal has to be there ????

Krystal was so great to work with! This was our first baby and she came to our home to made sure we understood the whole birth process & learned our preferences beforehand to be able to be our biggest advocate in the moment. She helped us feel at peace & reassured when things weren’t going according to plan during birth. After birth she ensured that we had all the support we needed to take care of our little one & supported me with my laction struggles. Would 100% recommend her to any expecting family.

Having Krystal as our doula for our first child was a true gift. She promised to take care of both parents—and delivered (pun intended). She adapted seamlessly as our birth plan evolved, always patient and never questioned us in the moment of decisions or change. Her deep knowledge made us feel safe and empowered, and she sprinkled in cultural gems that reframed birth as something natural and connected, not medical and scary. The exercises she coached us through made early labor surprisingly manageable (almost enjoyable…). Familiar with both the process and the people at Kaiser, was an asset as we did not have to navigate through any paperwork and allowed us to focus on this special moment in our lives. Where do I even begin on how amazing Krystal is. As a first time mother, Krystal has helped in so many ways to make this journey beautiful. With so much knowledge and such a beautiful caring heart, I could not have asked for a better doula! From helping me prepare for birth with much needed information, truly amazing support during delivery, to beyond belief of help during postpartum. Cristal was absolutely essential to my uncomplicated delivery of my child. Her warmth and knowledge gave me the confidence and peace to go within myself and have an unmedicated delivery in the hospital. Being able to text her with any questions during and before early labor was incredibly comforting and helpful.

Cristal was also a tremendous support for my mom and husband in the hospital, making the whole experience more personalized and less stressful. She provided them with the confidence and reassurance they needed, creating a calm and supportive environment for all of us.

At the end of my quarentena, Cristal performed my cerada de caderas ceremony, which was beautiful and just the pampering I needed. This ceremony helped me reconnect with my roots and heal from my previous two birthing experiences. Cristal's support, both during and after delivery, was invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for her presence during this important time in my life.

Krystal is so amazing! We loved having her as our doula. She answered every question we had, and made us feel comfortable in doing so. First time mom here so I had no idea what to expect. She was able to help us figure out our ideal birth plan beforehand, and even offered other resources if we needed further understanding. During labor we couldn’t have asked for a better person to be there with us. She supported me mentally, physically, and emotionally. Throughout my labor she was able to offer help in different positions, and techniques that made my labor as smooth as it could be. She helped me feel confident in asking for what I wanted and standing firm in what I believed in. Couldn’t recommend her enough! I will be telling all my friends about her. We love her! Please hire her for your labor, I promise you won’t regret it.

Yo Lina , tuve una experiencia muy linda con mis duolas , en este caso con krystal ella fue una persona que me ayudó mucho en mi trabajo de parto , me dio algunos consejos y siempre estuvo ahí para mí y mi bebé , siendo mamá primeriza hay muchas cosas que no conocemos pero es una  Bendición tener a personas como ella como Duola porque es un apoyo incondicional en ese momento y que se siente el amor con el que hace su trabajo de ayudar a mamis en su labor de parto
