I can't recommend Caitlin enough as a birth doula! From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She met with me twice before labor to go over my birth plan, always coming prepared with great recommendations while respecting my wishes. She even printed and laminated my birth plan, bringing it to the hospital to make sure my preferences were clear.

Although my birth didn't go exactly as planned—I had to be induced due to high blood pressure—Caitlin adapted seamlessly. She joined me at the hospital right away, explaining what to expect and offering unwavering support. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to stick to my biggest goal of avoiding an epidural, something I wouldn’t have been able to do without her reassurance and encouragement.

Beyond just emotional and informational support, Caitlin went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways. She brought comforting lights for the hospital room, snacks to keep me going, and was a warm, calming presence throughout labor. She even captured beautiful photos that I will cherish forever.

After the birth, Caitlin continued to be an invaluable resource. She taught me how to breastfeed and has followed up with me multiple times, both in person and over text, offering advice and checking in on my well-being.

If you're looking for a doula who is prepared, compassionate, and truly invested in your birth experience, Caitlin is the one. I am forever grateful for her support and would recommend her without hesitation!
