Heather was a true guiding light for my third postpartum journey and third C-section. She seamlessly integrated herself into our household and I looked forward to each morning she came. Her check ins, positivity and spiritual guidance was unique and such a blessing. She helped me see birth as a portal for growth, peace and light. She assisted in allowing my husband and I space to rest, connect and be better parents and humans. She often naturally stepped in with silly chit chat and play my 4 year old and 2 year old when she could see my patience stretching thin. She was my extra set of hands with baby care and housework. Her meal prep with a focus on nourishment was a huge blessing in my physical recovery. I wouldn’t be the mom I am today without her.
