     To whom it may concern,

     From the moment I first communicated with Ropani I felt  genuine affection, care and sound support. She treated me like an individual and not just another number. I could tell Ropani had a genuine interest and desire to work with pregnant woman and aide them however she can. Also make them feel seen and heard. In addition guide them in the direction to living a healthy lifestyle. 

     She prioritized her visits and gave me a listening ear while yet still completing her tasks and duties in her profession. She went above and beyond for me as a doula. I  say this with confidence, she goes the extra mile in her work and service to pregnant woman and postpartum mothers, which was very important to me being a first time single mom and pregnant female. She gave me comfort in a disorganized time of transition in my life. 

     I dearly appreciate her service to me and my child, accompaning us in the birthing process, and supporting me menatally, emotionally and physically during labor. Spending the night at the hospital with me, which was cherished by me as someone who is not very close with their family. She was informational and educated me on what to expect and the options I had as a pregnant mother. She supported my autonomy and freedom of speech, she did not try to override my rights or decision making. But instead deepened my understanding of my rights as a mom while supporting me to make the best decisions for me and my child. Her approach was humble and kind, she came alongside me during this emotional and challenging time, with compassion and comprehension which eased my stress.  . She is friendly and well informed about her work and duties, if she did not know the answer to a question she looked into it by researching and asking peers.

I was matched with Ropani when I was 37 weeks pregnant, and I’m extremely grateful to have had her as my Doula. From the moment we met, I felt her care and expertise. I was so stressed at that time, but Ropani comforted me, taught me so much, and helped ease my worries during those final weeks of pregnancy.

When labor began, I called her right away. She came immediately and stayed by my side with unwavering support until my baby girl was born. I can’t help but call her “sister.”

Even postpartum, she continues to be there for me. Compared to my previous births, I feel far less stressed and anxious. My children adore her too — they think of her as family and feel sad at the end of every visit.

Ropani is truly a sweet person with a heart of gold. ?? I appreciate her so much, and anyone who is matched with her will be incredibly lucky. ??

My experience was wonderfully. I felt like we had know each other forever. There was such a positive energy and familiarity that came with Ropani becoming my doula. She was extremely attentive and understanding. She made the experience much more comfortable for me then i could have ever imagined. I feel like i have gained a very great friend for the rest life.

Having Ropani as my doula was genuinely one of the greatest things i received since finding out i was pregnant. Not only was she someone i could genuinely get along with but she was also someone who was helpful in understanding my birth plan. Even though i was high risk; there wasn't anything that she did to make me feel bad about what i wanted for my childbirth. I was well informed about a lot of things before hand but meeting with her helped me to better understand what certain things meant. During my labor; she was such a big support to me. I kept feeling like i wanted to just up & leave before the induction process started but both her & my husband made the process worth it. Through out my labor i was in tremendous pain and felt like i couldn't follow my plan the way i wanted bc of my pain. Even though i didn't stick to the plan & i felt badly about it; She kept telling how great i was doing and supported every decision i made. It made me feel all the more better and she even found an amazing food spot for me with really good soup so i was 100% happy about that. But overall she genuinely made my experience one of a kind & didn't talk bad about me for not following my expectations.

Ropani has been very helpful during my pregnancy, during delivery and also checked on me postpartum. She has resolved my concerns throughout the time and been there like a friend. I am very satisfied with her service and would highly recommend her.
