Clients per month: 1 to 2 births and 1 to 3 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I bring over eight years of experience in providing compassionate support to families during the tender postpartum period. My mission is to offer nurturing assistance, guiding families and single parents through the joys and challenges of early parenthood with confidence and ease. Additionally, I am deeply committed to supporting LGBTQ+ families. Services Offered: •Practical Assistance: Offering hands-on support with newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, and household tasks, meal prep, cooking and running errands if this is supportive to maximizing rest. •Emotional Support: Providing a safe space for families to navigate the emotional landscape of early parenthood. •Physical Support: I like to offer short stress relieving massages to my clients, this looks like neck, shoulder and foot massage •Advocacy: Serving as a trusted ally, advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of both parents and newborns within healthcare systems and communities. Fee Details

I offer flexible pricing options to accommodate various budgets, with a sliding scale ranging from $25 to $35 per hour for postpartum doula services. For those seeking long-term support, I also provide customized packages. I am currently away every weekend until October 2024, but I am happy to work as a back up doula, please let me know if I can support you in this capacity.
