At Beyond the Bump CIncy one doula will visit your family for 4 hours between 8a.m.-6p.m. M-F during the first 12 weeks. Please check out our website to see package pricing and detailed information on our services. We offer non-medical support for emotional and physical recovery after birth as well as infant care education with evidence-based research. We also support sibling adjustment and household organization- tidying up, meal prep, and laundry. We collaborate with a sleep nanny who can help you get the sleep you need! We have an extensive list of resources in the Cincinnati area for help and information beyond what we offer.

I call Janet and Barb my fairy godmothers. They were immensely helpful in the 12 weeks after my daughter was born. They were there to help with the baby, thus freeing me up to shower, eat, and take breaks. They cooked, baked, tidied up, and did a bunch of stuff around the house that I would ordinarily be doing if I had the time.
