When you first find out you’re expecting, a flood of emotions and questions come rushing in—how to prepare, what choices to make, and how to create the best possible birth experience.For us, the journey to pregnancy was long and filled with heartbreak, so finding a holistic, supportive, and comforting presence for our birthing journey was incredibly important.No matter if you choose a medical doctor or a midwife,having a doula can be a game-changer, and choosing Lauren was one of the best decisions we made.From the very start, Lauren made us feel supported and heard. When the time came,our birth plan didn’t go as expected, but Lauren’s presence in the hospital transformed a stressful situation into one where we felt calm, empowered, and cared for.She was always by our side, offering guidance,comfort, and unwavering reassurance.One of the hardest moments was making difficult decisions when things didn’t go according to plan,but Lauren was the steady voice weneeded. She never made me feel like I had failed or that I wasn’t doing enough—she simply reminded us that we were making the best choices for our baby.What truly made Lauren feel like part of our family was her presence even after birth.After spending three days in the hospital with us, she still took the time to visit us at home,ensuring we were adjusting well and continuing to feel supported.When you’re in labour, there are moments where the medical team steps away,leaving you to work through contractions on your own.Having Lauren with us during those in-between moments was invaluable.She helped us stay focused, present, and truly engaged in the process of bringing our baby girl into the world.If you are looking for a doula who is compassionate, knowledgeable,and dedicated, Lauren is the one.She made all the difference in our journey, and we will forever be grateful for her presence, her wisdom,and the love she poured into helping us welcome our little one.

Lauren was amazing though our entire experience. We is a positive light and so happy to help and share information and resources. She was with us every step of the way and offered so much support to empower me through my pregnancy and delivery journey. I ended up in labour at home and was ready to go the hospital within an hour so we asked her to met us there. She walked the halls with me as my contractions stalled out, she helped with nature pain management, showing my husband how to help. Such a positive experience. I had a horrible delivery with my first child, we decided to hire a doula to help with this delivery and we are so glad we did! Any future babes will be in Lauren's hands! ??

Lauren has been an indispensable contributor in my postpartum journey. She is competent, responsible, and so good with babies. She began night nannying my son at 2 months old. I always felt confident that he was in the best hands. She continues to help with over nights and babysitting him and our older daughter. I can’t thank her enough for providing such great quality of care.

I love Lauren so much! I had the pleasure of having Lauren as my doula, she was always there to answer and questions I had about pregnancy symptoms or birth. Anytime I had any fears she was right there to soothe, comfort, and provide information to help ease my mind. She is very knowledgeable, and knew how to get my labour moving faster, she was there right when I needed her in the hospital, and brought tools to help manage the pain. She brought me coffee and a very yummy sandwich after my daughter was born. I will never forget that . Her smile can light up a room , and I would definitely choose Lauren again to be my doula ??????  I also wanted to say she is very good at communicating with the Dr's, if I didn't have Lauren in the room with me when I knew baby was coming the Dr's might have not even been there to deliver the baby !! Lauren ran to get the Dr's as soon as I said something isn't right! She is also so supportive when something could change in the birth plan such as an emergency c section, which is what almost happend to me . She was right there to talk to me and make me feel comfortable and took my fears away . If your looking for a doula Lauren is the perfect fit ??
