Angelique is an amazing person and a great doula, I highly recommend her!! She provided tons of information for me to physically and mentally prepare for my labor and took the time to send me lots of videos on labor positions to cope with the pain when the time came. She also encouraged me to use my birthing ball to naturally induce labor when the timing was safe and was always there to answer my questions. She has a very positive mindset and a soothing voice which was extremely calming and encouraging. Lastly, she made sure to come to my prenatal checkups to hear about my baby and I's progress... if you're looking for a knowledgeable person to rely on especially if this is your first time giving birth, I highly suggest having Angelique by your side!
