-Completed the MotherWit fabulous Canadian expert training for postpartum doulas -Won the award for my graduate thesis in health literacy in achieving my M Ed in adult education and seasoned veteran of a wide range of roles in community development for 30 years -Certified in Infant/Child CPR with Safe Beginnings and First Aid with Alert First Aid -Experienced and professional adult ESL and family literacy instructor -Volunteer advisor on fundraising to the Birthing Families Foundation and Perinatal Pacific Foundation -Advocate for LGBTQ2I families (my queer daughter is a single mom) and promote the Trans Gender archives, and am a monthly donor to it at UVic -Encourage your participation in La Leche circle meetings in Victoria and support their work

Fee Details

Free 1/2 hr consultation anytime by Zoom or in person at your choice of location to meet $35/hr day rate (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and $40/hr overnights (7 p.m. to 8 a.m.) 3 hour minimum. Book a package for a discount after 6 hours, and sliding scale is negotiable for BIPOC and low income families or single parents. Gift Certificates make a thoughtful investment in a friend or relative's well-being! Introductory package: 3 daytime home visits of 2 hours each and 2 hours of text/phone support: $180 Helping hands package: 3 daytime visits of 3 hours each week for 2 weeks and 2 hours of text/phone support: $580 Month of Nourishing Momma: 3 hr daytime visits twice a week for 4 weeks and 2 hours of text/phone support: $799 Deluxe Diva: 3 visits per week of 6 hours for a month plus 3 hours of text/phone support: $1999
