Hannah was wonderful from the very beginning. From our first meeting, I knew she was the right person to be alongside me and my husband for the birth of our baby.

She was always incredibly attentive to what I wanted, and even when I didn’t fully know what I wanted, she gently helped me discover what was guiding my heart. Her first visit was amazing. She explained so many details and shared so much valuable information that I can honestly say I learned more from her than from the childbirth class my husband and I took. Throughout the entire journey, she stayed in close touch with us, checking in regularly, sending messages, and always providing thoughtful, supportive information to help us make the best decisions for our family.

When the time came, Hannah was there, fully present and ready. I was induced and spent three days in the hospital before our baby arrived, and during that entire time she was constantly checking in, bringing food, calling, and making sure we were okay. When it was finally showtime, she arrived immediately and never let go of my hand. I can say with absolute certainty that if it weren’t for Hannah, I would not have had the birth experience I wanted. There were so many ups and downs during the process, and without her, decisions would have been made with far less clarity and confidence.

Hannah is family to us because she helped create our family. She connected so beautifully with my mother during the delivery that she even used Google Translate to communicate with her in Portuguese (my mom is Brazilian and doesn’t speak English). Hannah made sure my wishes were honored and my rights were respected at every moment.

She will always be connected to our family, forever a part of our story!

Hannah was so helpful through my whole pregnancy journey! She helped me come up with a great birth plan, and my labor and delivery experience was so much less stressful with her help. She helped me relax through the contractions and created a great atmosphere to give birth! I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a doula.

We were so thankful for Hannah as our postpartum doula! She was with us the first night out of the hospital and I don't know what we would have done without her. Our baby had some feeding difficulties, and she helped me navigate starting pumping and supplementing with formula. She also researched and found us a lactation consultant on her own time. She was flexible with timing of shifts and responsive to texts. Most importantly, she was so sweet and skilled with our little baby, and reassuring and helpful to us. We recommend her wholeheartedly!

Working with Hannah throughout my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum period was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, she had an incredible ability to make us feel informed, supported, and genuinely prepared for what was ahead. She listened closely to our hopes and concerns, and she always seemed to know exactly what we needed — even before we did.

My labor and delivery took several unexpected twists and turns, and absolutely nothing went according to my original birth plan. But Hannah never missed a beat. She adapted seamlessly to every change, offering calm guidance, unwavering support, and reassuring presence through each stage. Even in the most challenging moments, she helped me feel grounded, capable, and empowered.

Postpartum, she checked in with such genuine care, making sure we were adjusting well and reminding us that we weren’t alone. Her compassion, knowledge, and intuition made all the difference in our birth experience.

If you’re considering a doula, I cannot recommend Hannah enough. She is a true gift, and we are endlessly grateful for the role she played in welcoming our baby into the world.

Hannah was wonderful! From the very beginning, when we had an initial interview with her, we knew that she was the right choice for us. She was very open, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She was honest with us about her personal philosophy and passion regarding birth, but was absolutely clear that she would be supportive of our own choices no matter what they were. In the weeks leading up to our baby's birth, we checked in regularly with her after every OB appointment, and she always asked very thoughtful questions and provided useful advice regarding our questions and concerns. When I had specific reservations about potential induction that my OB had suggested, Hannah gave me some encouraging words and reminders and helped put me at ease. On the day I went into labor, one thing my husband and I really appreciated was that Hannah was very upfront and truthful about the fact that she had recently had some illness circulating throughout her household. She had mentioned she was more than willing to still come and provide support, but also wanted us to be fully aware and wasn't trying to hide it at all. We really appreciated the transparency and opted for her to still come join us, and we were so glad she did! I had a rather quick birth, so Hannah wasn't with us for a super long time at the hospital, but she was still really helpful for the time that she was with us. She helped keep me grounded when things got really intense with my epidural-free birth and stepped right in and started applying all the techniques in her wheelhouse to help me cope, including helping guide my husband in what he could do. Her support right after birth and in the couple weeks postpartum was lovely as well. She went out of her way to order us food delivered to the hospital, made lactation energy balls for me, and brought flowers to our home. There are so many more things I could say, but I would 100% recommend Hannah to other families searching for a doula.

I found Hannah while searching for a doula for the birth of my 2nd child, and from our very first conversation, I knew she was someone truly special. She is warm, caring, genuine, and deeply authentic. I felt an immediate connection with her during our introductory call.

What sets Hannah apart is that she sees her work as a calling—a ministry—rather than just a business. She pours her entire heart into supporting the families she serves. During my pregnancy, I faced some challenging moments both before and after birth, and Hannah was there every step of the way. She offered exactly what I needed in each moment whether it was words of encouragement, prayer (at one point she told me her whole family was praying for our birth, which moved me to tears), or thoughtful, detailed information to help me make decisions about my care.

When it came time for the birth itself, Hannah’s support was nothing short of perfect. She stayed on the phone with me while on her way to meet us, gently coaching me through contractions with a voice and methods that were instantly calming. Thanks to her suggestions for positions and strategies, my labor progressed beautifully—about 7–8 hours total, with only a few hours of active labor and 30 minutes of pushing.

We were especially grateful for the way she took the time to deeply understand all of our wishes for the birth and made them a reality in such a seamless, almost magical way. She also made sure my husband felt confident and involved, coaching him on how to best support me. He now describes the birth as one of the most meaningful moments of his life- thanks Hannah’s guidance.

This experience would not have been the same without Hannah’s wisdom, compassion, and unwavering support. She has the most beautiful spirit and is truly one of a kind.

I seriously don’t even know where to begin—Hannah was absolutely incredible. She supported me throughout my pregnancy, but she truly shined on the day of my labor and birth. I had a beautiful home birth, and I can honestly say it wouldn’t have gone the way it did without her.

She was there for me emotionally, physically, and spiritually—just so calm, grounded, and present. She helped get baby in a great position, and she worked so naturally alongside my husband and friend, guiding them on how to support me throughout the day. It felt like she just knew what I needed in every moment.

The part that stands out the most was the pushing phase. I got to a point where I truly didn’t think I could do it—but Hannah was right there, holding my hand, coaching me through, reminding me that I could. I’ll never forget that moment.

This was my first birth, and it was a long journey—but Hannah was attentive, present, intuitive, and absolutely incredible throughout it all. I can’t recommend her enough. She is one of the biggest reasons I can look back on my birth story with so much joy and gratitude.

Hiring Hannah was by far one of the best decisions I made for my birth. She is the embodiment of calm and gentleness. After care providers left me feeling neglected and unheard throughout my pregnancy, Hannah came to the rescue as a patient beam of light with holistic, Spirit-lead expertise. She played a critical role in easing my anxieties and fears and pointing me towards the joy of the Lord throughout each step of the prenatal, labor, and postpartum experience. She is an excellent listener and incredibly knowledgeable. Hannah is such a hard worker. My labor was long and hard at times and Hannah was right there with me through every moment of doubt, every wave of pain, every sigh of relief. She has been and continues to be a wealth of excellent resources, shoulder to cry on, and friend to share all the joys of new motherhood. I could not recommend Hannah highly enough! I would welcome Hannah into my next pregnancy in a heartbeat!

Doula Hannah was instrumental in educating us every step of the way, comforting us both, cheering us on, and helping us feel like we had the best information to make decisions during labor & delivery.

She had great answers to every question in our lead-up sessions, product recommendations, position demonstrations for prep exercises. She was communicative, and always checked in with us. 

We especially appreciated how supportive she was for us both - not only mom, but also dad - making him feel included and empowered. 

She's a truly phenomenal person and Juliana wouldnt have had the birth she had without Hannah. We couldn't be happier we found her and Doula Nathalie.

I can't say enough good things about working with Hannah as both a birth doula, and post partum doula. We built trust and friendship, and I would recommend her doula support to every expecting and new mother. Hiring Hannah was the best decision I made in having the best birth possible. Hannah is professional, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Her 1st hand experience having had 3 unmedicated births sold me that she could talk the talk and walk the walk. From the time she joined my birth team I relied on her for my questions about pregnancy, preparation for labor starting, hospital pack bag, birth plan and anything else on my mind. Hannah quickly became my go to person, and I knew Hannah would advocate for the birth I wanted. Hannah holds herself to high bar of excellence, presence and tailored support.

When labor began naturally, Hannah he made all the difference coaching me through contractions, and providing hands on support. She even found a special moments for my husband and I to bond and hold each other through contractions as our wedding song played. Hannah helped manage my energy reserves, keep me hydrated, and helped to determine when to go to the hospital. When we got to the hospital Hannah became my trusted ally as my birth was stressful due to a decelerating heartrate situation. I trusted Hannah completely throughout the unmedicated labor.

In postpartum Hannah was a trusted confidant, friend and support for lactation questions, postpartum recovery, processing my birth experience and baby item recommendations. When we needed sleep we could trust Hannah to help around the house and rest at ease know our newborn was in capable hands. I would highly recommend Hannah as a birth and postpartum doula. She exceeded all expectations and I came to rely on her more than I could have expected. If you are on the fence I would say hire a doula, and hire Hannah, it will be more than worth it.

I cannot recommend Hannah enough as a doula! This was my second time giving birth, and from our very first Zoom meeting, I was impressed by her positive energy and genuine passion for her role. I didn't even consider interviewing anyone else because I knew right away that she was the perfect fit for me.

When we met in person to discuss my birth plan, Hannah listened attentively to all my wishes and concerns. She provided valuable resources to help me prepare my body for labor. She made me feel empowered and supported throughout the entire process.

On the day I went into labor, Hannah was incredibly responsive. I texted her at 8 AM when I felt the first signs, and by 10 AM, things had intensified. She immediately offered to come to my house, and I'm so grateful she did! I couldn't believe I was able to labor through such tough contractions at home, her support made all the difference. She used counter pressure and various techniques, which helped me get through each contraction. My sister and husband were there with me and I loved how she still involved them and did not take over completely. She guided them on how they can help me.

When we finally decided it was time to head to the hospital around noon, I arrived fully dilated at 10 cm! I owe so much of this experience to Hannah for believing in me and guiding me through it all. If you're looking for a doula who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, look no further than Hannah!

My husband and I are so thankful that we engaged Hannah for our birth experience. At our first (virtual) meeting, we felt she was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. She spent time explaining what our engagement would be like and answered every question. She then visited us at home and came prepared with lots of extra information and spent time helping me write my birth plan without making us feel rushed. She made sure to include both me and my husband in conversations, while keeping focus on my comfort. When my water broke in the late evening, she adviced us on what to do over the phone, calmly answering all questions and reassuring us. She arrived at the hospital in the morning just as my contractions were starting and spent the entire day with us. She brought a wealth of ideas on natural pain management and helped me with each exercise, giving me massages, and even whipping out a head massager and a variety of essential oils. Hannah was a strong presence for us as first-time parents, always advocating for me and helping to communicate with the hospital team. She stayed with us through the birth and made sure we were being well taken care of after the baby was born, even bringing us dinner before she left. Hannah kept in touch with us through texting afterwards, answering questions about taking care of the baby, and visited us at home bearing cookies and a smile about a week after. She helped me with setting up my breast pump, and even helped my husband sterilize bottles. In hindsight, we feel we would not have had the great birthing experience we did without Hannah. I would make sure to hire her again for any following births.

Hannah went above and beyond in our birthing experience. We met Hannah via video call initially and once we chose her as our doula she visited us in person as well. She was available via text any time we had questions and she would check in on us. When the time finally came to deliver, Hannah instantly replied with advice and arrived in person to evaluate and provide support and further instructions. Though our delivery stalled, Hannah was there every step of the way and she assisted with positioning, comfort, and advocating for us with our healthcare team. After we had our baby, she continued to check in (and to this day continues to do so), and she visited us in person for a postpartum check up. She brought goodies and stayed to help us at home for a few hours.

Looking back at our decision to partner with Hannah, my husband and I keep saying what a correct choice we made, and how we never could've done this without her. Our labor had ended up being more complicated than we could've predicted, so her help was invaluable. Hannah is so sweet and caring and she made the experience sweet and memorable too.

We worked with many different doulas. But nothing could ever prepare you to be able to gauge how a stranger will show up for you in your highest moments of emotional and physical vulnerability. God was watching over our family when He sent us Hannah.

Hannah got me through my traumatic postpartum days by showing up for me in a way no one else did. Hannah was a powerhouse of a blessing to our family.

I could sleep when Hannah was with my baby because I knew she would fiercely protect and nurture my baby, with the same care she would give to her own family. We felt so comfortable with Hannah, we would even leave the house while she was with our baby; which allowed us to have a date night. 

Our baby struggled with feeding and sleeping, but Hannah poured into her and she thrived with her. They had a beautiful relationship with each other.

Hannah taught me so much. From recipes to support breastfeeding, cutting my baby’s nails, helping my baby be able to sleep, babywearing, what to buy for teething, approaching solids, avoiding diaper rash, vitamins to take, the list goes on and on. She’s a seasoned professional and she knows her stuff. Not only that, but she’s direct, honest, and GENTLE!

Hannah is by far the most gentle caring doula we worked with. She prayed with me, cried with me, laughed with me. Hannah ministered to my soul.

Hannah has a strong work ethic and she is thorough in everything she does. If I wrote a wishlist of tasks she would get them done and more. She is also an excellent cook!

6 months later from my daughter’s birth I still rely on Hannah for advice. 

You would be doing yourself and your family the biggest favor in the world to pick Hannah. She will walk with you through those difficult postpartum days and carry you through to the other side. You will not find anyone else with this much compassion, expertise, and strength.

Hannah was able to provide me with virtual and in person support for the birth of my baby. She quickly responded to any question I had and gave me clear, practical information tailored for me. She shares your emotional journey in a way that makes you feel empowered and validated for any feeling or question you may have. She is sweet, knowledgable, and comprehensive about what she knows. She is prepared with lots of different ideas for pain-reducing techniques during the natural birth of my baby as well as providing alternatives when needed. She displays an assertive, yet respectful bedside manner and advocates to the doctors and nurses with for your best interest. She checked in frequently and even reached out many times after my baby was born to check not only on the baby, but also me as well to see how I was doing physically and emotionally. She took lots of time to help me find out an answer to a pain I was having after birth and resolve it. She is easy to talk to and understanding of what you are going through. I would highly recommend hiring Hannah Wright to be your doula.
